Loved this - esp the inclusion of the Audre Lorde quote. When I read that essay it really challenged me to think deeply about investing in my creative world and the cost of not taking it seriously. This newsletter is going to help me get thru this week! ❤️

Just three days ago I published a newsletter about slowness that feels like stagnation while pursuing a dream, how it's so easy to lose momentum once you start thinking maybe you're not cut out for it. And wow, this one is timely, and I resonated so much with it. Feels like a push that all of us needs, and an affirmation to keep going. I'm glad I read it!

Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed. It's so interesting how we associate speed with success when it's often the best mode for new ideas, not burning out, etc. Going to check your post out now :)

Oh thank you for checking it out. Hope you'll find something there too. Yes! To me it feels like the more I speed up the more it seems I'm becoming more machine and less human, except when it comes naturally like being really in the flow, and not because of any external pressure. :)
